Surface moisture management is part of the preparation process. Active water infiltration is addressed prior to application so that water pressure does not compromise the bond. EcoSpect evaluates moisture conditions during the assessment. Most structures with active seepage can still be restored with shotcrete once the infiltration source is addressed or controlled as part of the preparation process.
