Cliff Olin -CIE, CRMI - President,
Trainer and co-founder of EcoSpect, Inc. He is based out of our
Afton, NY office. Cliff is an EPA Certified Lead Risk Assessor,
Certified Indoor Environmentalist, Certified Residential Mold
Investigator and NYS Certified Real Estate Appraiser. Cliff
has also had substantial training as a Lead Construction Supervisor,
Lead Project Designer as well as consulting on HUD's Lead Safe Housing
Rule. Cliff is also a member of the NYS Governor's Advisory
Council on Lead Poisoning.

JR Westervelt - JR is based out
of our Ithaca, NY office. He is a Certified EPA Lead Risk Assessor,
Mold/IAQ Technician and has completed Lead Safe Work Practices Training. JR
has extensive background in construction and has worked for a Non-profit government agency as a Construction Manager.

Joe Winans - Joe
is based out of our Afton, NY office. He is an EPA Certified Lead
Risk Assessor, Mold/IAQ Technician and has completed Lead Safe Work
Practices Training. Joe is an experienced Industrial Painter and Landscape
Designer.

Clark - Rich is based out of our
Ithaca, NY office. He is an EPA Certified Lead Risk Assessor, Mold/IAQ
Technician and has completed Lead Safe Work Practice Training. Rich is our
resident computer expert with experience in graphic design and digital
imaging. Rich also has a background in Construction as an Estimator and Project Manager.

Daniel
Vail - Dan is based out of our
Afton, NY office. He is a Certified EPA Lead Risk Assessor, Mold/IAQ
Technician and certified in Lead Safe Work Practice training. In addition,
he has experience as a home inspector and is graduate of Cornell University
with a B.S. in Natural Resources.

Charles
Porter - Charlie is based out of
our Ithaca, NY office. He is a EPA Certified Lead Risk Assessor and
has completed in Lead Safe Work Practices.
Joining the firm several years ago following his retirement for the New
York State Police, he presently oversees the majority of our work
involving the testing of public schools for the presence of Lead Based
Paint. He is a proud grandfather who prefers to focus his efforts
toward protecting children from lead poisoning. He works closely
with several municipal health and housing agencies to achieve this goal.
