Mold Remediation is the process of removing the mold hazards from the
dwelling and fixing the source of the problem not masking it. Proper mold
remediation plans identify the water source and provide the solution to
that water problem. They also include step by step recommendations on the
removal of the existing mold as well as steps necessary to safeguard or
replace building materials to prevent the mold growth from recurring.
